Yes, JavaScript is fully supported.

I have lots of animaton on my website. Can I delay the conversion until the page is fully loaded?

Yes, with the ‘delay’ parameter you can specify the amount of time the converter waits for the webpage to load before rendering it. Please read the API Documentation to learn more.

Is it possible to try the API for free?

Will I get a refund when I cancel my subscription?

No, Insta-PDF plans are non-refundable. Please check the date on which your subscription renews and try to cancel it on time.

How do I know how many API calls do I have left?

You can get information about your plan details and usage by using the Usage tracking endpoint. Read the API Documentation.

What happens if my payment fails? 

The system will automatically try to charge you every 3 days. If this fails multiple times, your API subscription may be automatically canceled without notice.
